The US dollar index rose to 98.07 points, its highest level in four weeks and the highest since January 2026.
Despite this recent rise, the US Dollar Index remains down about 0.7% over the past four weeks. Year-to-date, the index has declined by 8.02% over the past twelve months, reflecting continued pressure on the US currency in the longer term despite the recent recovery.
