Exchange and Return Policy

At Ahmed Manea Al-Mutairi Gold and Jewelry Company, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and clarifying their rights. Below is our approved exchange and return policy:

First: Return Policy:

  • Products cannot be returned due to the constantly changing global gold prices.
  • However, we can buy "Naya" alloys from you at the best possible price.


Second: Replacement policy:

  • The product will only be replaced if:
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Or an error in the order
  • Customer service should be contacted to submit a replacement request.
  • We confirm that the product is inspected and photographed before shipping to ensure quality.


Cases where refunds or cancellations are not possible:

  • If the product is used or misused.
  • When removing the security sticker after receipt.
  • If the product has been used or consumed.
  • When returning the product without:
    • Original packaging
    • Or price tags and labels
    • Or if it has been tampered with.


Order cancellation policy:

  • The order cannot be cancelled after it has been completed and approved by the customer, due to the nature of the product (gold) and the inability to cancel it from the system.
  • Orders for branch pickup cannot be cancelled after arrival and the specified pickup period has passed.
  • It is not possible to switch to another alloy after payment.


Refund in case of receiving an incorrect or damaged product:

You can apply for a replacement in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged from the factory.
  • or not conforming to the order
  • (And not as a result of misuse)

Replacement conditions:

  • Return the product in its original condition.
  • In the same complete packaging as received.
  • After inspection and confirmation of the defect, it is immediately replaced with another product.


Design requests:

  • Name design requests cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed by the client.
